Returns, exchanges and cancellations

LAVO jewelry is delicately crafted by hand, and we strive to ensure that it is delivered to our customers in perfect condition.

In case of defective products or incorrect delivery

If the product is damaged, soiled, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for a good product or provide a refund, with shipping costs covered by us. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience after the order has been confirmed are generally not possible.
