About ordering pre-order items

Pre-ordered items may be subject to changes in delivery dates and specifications such as design and materials. Additionally, we may be forced to cancel your order due to production cuts or discontinuations.
You cannot specify the delivery date for pre-ordered items. We cannot accept any cancellations after an order has been placed.
If you add items with different shipping dates to your cart at the same time, shipping fees will be charged for each shipping date.
We usually ship within 7 business days after confirming your order (excluding made-to-order and pre-order items).

I haven't received an order completion email

Changes to orders

Delivery services are only available on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
-Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.

Shipping fees are set by region as follows (excluding tax).

We usually ship within 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or shipping procedures.
Pre-ordered items will take some time to ship, so please check the estimated delivery date before placing your order.
About receiving
If the item is not received within the storage period and is returned, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee (actual cost) and packaging material costs.
As a general rule, we do not accept re-sends.
Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified account. If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, legal action may be taken. Please be sure to receive it.

Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, we will exchange it.

1. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been confirmed.
2. If the product has an initial defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
3. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (such as differences in image or size).
4. If the product is made to order, such as "made to order" or "engraved," returns and exchanges are not possible.

*If there is no stock available for exchange, we will provide a refund.
*We cannot handle returns without contacting us first.
*Please return the item by cash on delivery.

Return Policy
