If the period has passed, we will not accept returns for any reason, so please check the product immediately after it arrives.

The following items cannot be returned:

3. Used or worn items
4. Products damaged by the customer
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support by email or phone
2. Please let us know the reason for return and the condition of the item in detail.
3. We will determine whether or not the item can be returned and contact you.
4. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the specified address.
5. After checking the product, we will start the refund process.
In case of return due to customer's convenience:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of return due to our reasons:
We will cover the return shipping costs.
*Product defects, incorrect deliveries, incorrect products, etc. are at our discretion.
Once we have inspected the product, we will refund you within 5-10 business days using the same payment method as when you made your purchase.
For credit cards:
Depending on the card company's processing, it may take 1-2 months for the refund to be processed.
For bank transfer:
We will transfer the funds to your specified account (we will cover the transfer fee).
If you would like to exchange the size or color, please go through the return procedure and place a new order.
*Depending on stock availability, the item you wish to exchange may not be available.
*Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanges if the reason is due to their own reasons.
